Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing Time

  • Production Time: 2–3 business days* during regular seasons (please refer to individual product descriptions for details).

  • During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days* within the U.S.

  • Holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates

  • $5.99 flat rate for one product (USA only)

  • The highest shipping rate is applied once per order, regardless of the number of items.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timelines above, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, please follow our return process after you receive your package.

Item Not Received

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • First, contact the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery.
