Welcome to Trendoran. These Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

By submitting an order on our website, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy).

2) Product Information & Pricing

• We work hard to keep product details, images, availability, and pricing accurate; however, occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error, we’ll notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel before fulfillment.

• Prices shown on Google Shopping (if applicable) will always be equal to or less than the prices for the same items on our website.

• Before checkout, we clearly disclose the total cost of your order (item price, taxes where applicable, shipping/handling, and any other charges). The same information will also be included in your order confirmation email.

Note on colors & sizing for nails: Actual colors/finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. For size/fit of press-on nails, please review our sizing guide and product notes.

3) Order Placement & Payment

• Your order is an offer to buy products from Trendoran under these Terms. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion (for example, due to stock limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

• You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order total at checkout.

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay…

• All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers.

6) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and layout) is owned by Trendoran or our content suppliers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
If you use Google Merchant Center, you acknowledge that Google and its affiliates may use your product content (images and data) under a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license for operating, promoting, and improving Google Shopping and related services.

7) Your Responsibilities

• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide (shipping address, contact details, payment info).

• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendoran will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

Unless a change relates to new functionality or legal requirements (which may take effect immediately upon notice), changes will take effect 7 days after posting on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where permitted, you agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in USA.

11) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trendoran regarding your use of the site and purchases.
