Order Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened adhesives/liquids, used tools, and custom sets are non-returnable. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason (photos for defects). We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions/a label. Pack items securely and drop off as directed.

  • Change of mind/fit: Customer pays (or we deduct our prepaid label cost from the refund).

  • Damaged/incorrect items: We cover return shipping.

Fastest option: return for a refund and place a new order for the size/design you want. If you prefer a direct exchange and stock is available, contact [email protected] and we’ll arrange it.
