Welcome to Trendoran’s Return & Refund Policy. We want you to love your nails and accessories. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work with us.

1) Conditions for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds for eligible products that meet all of the following:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and sanitary, with original tags, protective films, adhesive tabs/glue (if included) unopened, and all packaging/accessories intact.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

  • The item is not in the non-returnable list below.

Non-returnable items (for hygiene & safety):

  • Opened or used adhesives (nail glue, tabs), nail polish/gel, remover, liquids.

  • Used manicure tools (files, buffers, cuticle pushers, clippers).

  • Customized/personalized nail sets (custom sizes, name/initials, made-to-order designs).

  • Gift cards and items marked Final Sale.

2) Return Timeframe
  • You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking.

  • Holiday orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 31 of the following year.

3) How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (photos required for damage/defect)

Our support team will confirm eligibility and send instructions.

4) Return Method & Packaging
  • By Mail: We will provide a return label. Please pack items securely in original packaging to prevent damage.

  • If you need a different drop-off method, contact us and we’ll help arrange it.

5) Who Pays for Return Shipping?
  • Change of mind/fit/style: Return shipping is paid by the customer. If you use our prepaid label, we’ll deduct the actual label cost from your refund.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Return shipping is on us.

6) Refunds
  • After your return is delivered and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time).

  • Original shipping fees, expedited shipping, and gift wrap are non-refundable.

  • If items are returned incomplete, not in original condition, or with sanitary seals broken (where applicable), we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you.

7) Exchanges
  • We’re happy to help with exchanges for eligible, unused items (e.g., size/design). The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your refund is issued. Contact us if you prefer a direct exchange and we’ll advise availability.

8) Damaged/Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a prepaid return with a full refund, per your preference and stock availability.

9) Restocking Fee
  • No restocking fee for valid returns that meet our condition requirements.

10) Undeliverable/Refused Packages
  • Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused may be refunded minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.
